Q: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?
A: We are a company integrated factory with trading company which mainly specialized in R&D and manufacturing high quality and inexpensive e-bikes and electric scooters. We have 6 warehouses in the US, 1 factory in Poland, and 1 warehouse in Germany.
Q: How to ensure the quality of your bikes?
A: We have a complete QC system. Firstly, all the components purchased we will test out before using; secondly, we have quality control during every step in the production process; last but not least, we'll check all the performances after fully assembled including road testing before packing.
Q: Can I get some samples to check the quality?
A: We'd glad to provide samples for free. You just need to pay a little deposit for our further business. In the follow-up cooperation, we will return this deposit to you. You can decide whether to cooperate with us based on sample satisfaction. Welcome to contact us for building our long-term business relationship. We will send you samples from the US warehouse, and it usually only takes about 7 days to deliver to your hands.
